12 Oaks Senior Living has acquired Springbrooke Senior Living, a beautiful 145-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community centrally located in Denver, Colorado. Springbrooke represents 12 Oaks’ first presence in the Colorado market and is another key step in the company’s strategic regional growth.

This newest addition marks another milestone in 12 Oaks’ continued expansion into acquiring new communities with its Silver Creek Capital partners reinforcing its mission to provide high-quality senior living experiences built on compassion, innovation, and a deep commitment to the communities it serves.
