Free Conscious Connect Breath Session!
I am looking for 1-2 more volunteers for an upcoming group virtual (zoom) session - case study Sat Sept 5th at 10 am. The session will last no more than 1 hour and 1/2.

As a student with Seven Directions Breathwork, part of my training is offering these sessions as case studies to help me practice and get feedback as to how I can become a better facilitator.

Some benefits of Conscious Connect Breath Work (CCB).
Helps to regulate the nervous system.
Helps to release stored emotions. Reduces stress and anxiety.
Boots mental clarity.
Can help with personal growth - plus so much more.

These case studies are a vital part of my training, so please make sure you are able to commit if you are interested. If you have never done a breathwork session before, this is a great beginners type of breathwork to start off with.

I had the opportunity to facilitate a sound bath at a therapist office who offers their clients sound baths as part of their treatment plan. I was honored to have been asked to be part of this clients journey and to continue to offer this for future clients. Sound healing provides such a gentle way for your nervous system to unwind and relax. If you are interested in bringing sound healing to your work- please reach out. More studies are coming out about the amazing benefits of sound healing - but truthfully our bodies already hold this knowledge. Personally coming out of my 3rd neck surgery in Feb after 2 previous failed surgeries I am still in healing mode. Just ordered a 40 hertz weighted tuning fork to help with bone healing and I can wait to also use it for clients as well!

What an amazing week - I was fortunate enough to facilitate a sound bath for some sweet kiddos, a 1:1 in-person conscious connected breathwork session for a first time breather, and I am now prepping for a virtual Biofield session. Tomorrow I will be facilitating my first mini group Biofield tuning session in conjunction with a talented yoga teacher and I will be facilitating a virtual 1:1 breathwork session. I am beyond grateful for these opportunities to share these modalities with others🥰 🙏🏽

Breathwork has been a game changer for me on my personal journey. It has helped me mentally, physically and emotionally so much so that I decided to invest in a 10 month intensive Conscious connected breathwork facilitator training program through Seven Directions. I am over 1/2 way though the course and ready to take on case studies: one-on-one and groups - mix of online and in person.

Ask- looking for volunteers- this is absolutely free for you! All I ask in return is to fill out a feedback form with honest answers to help me grow as a facilitator. No previous experience in breathwork needed. If you’ve never done a BW session before this is a great choice for beginners.
