Today is game day! Kick-off is 3pm between England's Three Lions and Croatia here at Dallas stadium. Yesterday, I shopped until Mom dropped at The British Emporium so I'm ready to cheer the Lions on to victory in short-but-sporty corgi style. All that's left on my to do list is guard the oven as Mom bakes the sausage rolls we also got there.

Here I am mugging for the camera this morning at The British Emporium (with awesome shop owner, Sheela) while mom picked up some necessities for tomorrow afternoon's soccer (ok, football) match between England's Three Lions and Croatia here at Dallas Stadium. She got me a really cool team scarf to drape across my corgi cave and a banner for our fireplace hearth, plus some yummy sausage rolls to snack on. I also met lots and lots of shoppers who were very kind to me and explained how the game works while I took notes. Go Lions!

When Mom saw how much I like wearing a bandana, she surprised me with a dozen in different colors! She corgi-sized them by cutting each in half and now I have my first ever bandana wardrobe. Every day, I choose the color I want by touching it with my nose.

Because spending funds on treats instead of over-priced gas gets my vote, our holiday "road trip" will be backing our SUV out of the garage onto the driveway and sitting there with Mom for a few minutes. Being together is what matters the most. That--and good treats.

🇬🇧🐾 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: MEET TEDDY! 🐾🇬🇧

Many of you will remember our beloved Bertie, who brought so much joy as our mascot and proudly led our Corgi Parades, including his final parade in March.

We were heartbroken when Bertie crossed the Rainbow Bridge just two days later.

Now, his brother Teddy is stepping into those very special pawprints.

It’s official! Sweet Teddy recently visited our flagship store for an inspection and a quick check of the biscuit aisle. Everything was up to corgi standards! After charming everyone he met, Teddy gave The British Emporium his seal of approval — two paws up! 🐾🐾

While no one could ever replace Bertie, we know Teddy will carry on his brother’s legacy with the same wagging tail, cheerful spirit, and royal corgi charm. 🇬🇧

We’re absolutely over the moon to welcome Teddy as our honorary mascot, Parade Marshal, and occasional doorman. 😊

Chalk up another first for me--fixing up a Mother's Day gift for mom. Thankfully, Sheela, the awesome owner of The British Emporium, jumped into action because I didn't have a clue what to do (this was always Bertie's job). Now thanks to her, I do; and I just know Mom's going to love what's inside this bag. Thanks again for your help, Sheela. I'm ever so grateful.
