Manchester Care Homes Manchester Care Homes has 4 custom purpose built assisted living residential care homes in The Dallas area, built specifically and exclusively for elder care.

Manchester Place Care Homes has been a Dallas fixture since 2009, when their first care home was opened near White Rock Lake. Manchester now owns and operates four assisted living care homes in the Dallas area, all of which are designed and operated on the premise that no one wants to live in an institution: people are naturally happier and thrive better in a home environment. For that reason, each of Manchester’s four care homes are custom built and designed like actual houses, so residents feel comfortable and safe while in familiar, home-like surroundings. Each of the homes are high-end, purpose built, light, bright and beautifully appointed. Unlike most residential care homes, all Manchester homes provide large private suites for each resident, with attached ADA compliant bathrooms. Manchester strives to go above and beyond to provide the best possible care and companionship, in the most comfortable environment possible, offering 4:1 resident to caregiver ratio in each home to give residents the individual care they deserve. Each location has at least two caregivers staffed round the clock. Our Director of Nursing rounds the houses daily and Manchester provides access to a concierge physician who makes house calls as needed.
