The exhaustion, the soreness, the emotions, learning your new rhythm with baby… and somehow still trying to take care of yourself too. That’s exactly why postpartum care is so important.
At Lilies Healing Hands, we truly understand this season of life, and we want moms to know they don’t have to “wait until things calm down” to receive care 🩷
Babies are always welcome during your session 🩷
Need to feed baby? Totally ok.
Need cuddles, diaper changes, rocking, breaks? We get it.
And for the moms who prefer staying home during those early weeks, we also offer at-home postpartum massage so you can receive care in the comfort of your own space.
Postpartum massage can help with:

We can usually start seeing moms as soon as they feel ready after a vaginal birth. For C-section mamas, we typically recommend waiting until around 6 weeks postpartum or once cleared by your provider so your body has time to heal properly 🩷
