I’m in a journey of discovery in my own life, where I feel there is so much pain and suffering in the world. Through my journey I realized that everyone just needs a pair of ears to be listened to, to be heard, to be seen. I believe everyone is going through a plethora of mental stress, mental health issues because of the epidemic of loneliness. There is not an environment or community, where they

can feel heard, seen and feel safe and not be judged. I know every individual has their answers within themselves, what they want to achieve, what decisions they have to make, to be the better version of themselves from yesterday. As a life coach, I will be that person, I will be the guiding light, I’ll be the person who will be part of your journey as long as you want me to be, as long as you allow me to be part of your journey, I’ll be there for you. I’ll be there for you to shed light on your path wherever you want to go, I’ll be the guiding light but I won’t be the guide, I’d be by your side always, i will be there every steps with you until you reach your goal.

Loneliness has indeed become a defining issue of our era, despite—or perhaps because of—our hyperconnected world. While technology brings us closer on the surface, it can sometimes deepen the sense of isolation, replacing meaningful human connections with fleeting interactions. Societal changes, urban living, and the pressures of modern life contribute to this sense of disconnection, leaving many people feeling unseen or unheard. What do you think contributes most to this loneliness today?
