For a long time, whenever my brain wasnât cooperating, my explanation was always the same:
âIâm just stressed. or Iâve got a lot on my plate.â
But one thing Iâve learned is that symptoms rarely tell us why theyâre happening. They only tell us what weâre experiencing.
Thatâs why Iâm always careful about jumping straight to conclusions or brushing symptoms off without asking more questions.
The reality is that many symptoms can have multiple contributors.
Brain fog can show up in people dealing with everything from nutrient deficiencies and blood sugar issues to thyroid dysfunction, poor sleep quality, and other underlying factors.
The goal isnât to self-diagnose. The goal is to stay curious.
Sometimes the answer is exactly what you think it is.
And sometimes thereâs more to the story.
