Maria Consuelo del Carmen Palacios Quintanilla de Arriaza 🕊️ July 30, 1928 - September 26, 2026 🕊️

Mamita (aka Mama Cony or Cony) had a life that would put any telenovela to shame. She turned all circumstances good or bad into a big journey.

Everyone was a friend and I like to think I got that quality from her 💕

These are some of my favorite moments of her (that have been recorded). I hope you enjoy them and that her personality comes through so you can get a glimpse of her brightness and honestly a little bit of her mischief.

The stretch itself is multiplanar and leans into reciprocal inhibition. It works both sides of the body and challenges motions you might not move through on a regular basis.

📌 ADDING A BAND gets your nervous system in board more and can progress into a strengthening exercise.

Want to level it up EVEN MORE? Use your eyes to follow your hand the whole exercise 👀
