Today is the last day of MTV.
It was born on August 1, in 1981.

Unsurprisingly it has quite the potent and charismatic chart with Leo Sun, Leo Moon, Leo North Node.

It was also born during one of the Great Conjunctions of Jupiter & Saturn, giving it official “influencer” status.

It was in many ways the essence of the 80’s as it showcased the very showy Pluto in Scorpio sq Pluto in Leo era style of glam rock, New Romantic, and all the rest.

It’s a sad day for it to end, but let’s be real, it hasn’t been itself in decades, so as Pluto gets to its South Node in Aquarius (showing its revolutionary roots) it shutters its doors forever after today.
