alth began long before TUF. In the late ’90s, I started learning how the body truly works, not just for weight loss, but for long-term health, strength, and independence. I saw firsthand that dieting alone doesn’t work, and exercise alone doesn’t work. But when you combine smart movement, proper nutrition, and consistency, lives change. That belief became deeply personal after losing my grandfather. Watching his health decline from inactivity showed me how powerful and fragile our bodies can be. I couldn’t change his journey, but it fueled my purpose to help others take control of theirs. In 2007, I turned that purpose into a career, becoming a certified personal trainer and later expanding my education to include nutrition coaching, yoga, and assisted stretching. In 2008, I opened Transform U Fitness (TUF), now known as TUF Bodies, a community built on strength, support, and real-life results. Today, my mission is simple: help women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies, especially during menopause, when the rules change and support matters more than ever. This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building strength, balance, and habits that support you now and for years to come. You don’t have to do this alone. The middle of the week is where a lot of people lose momentum.

They miss one workout and decide the week is ruined.

Don’t do that.

They’re tired.

And they show up anyway.

Most of us spend hours sitting at a desk, driving, or looking down at our phones.

Over the last 6 weeks, Jeanette didn’t just participate…

The weight that felt heavy a few months ago becomes the weight she confidently picks up today.

🌲✨ There’s just something special about this trip. ✨🌲

Every year we head to Broken Bow for a few days and somehow leave with fuller hearts, stronger friendships, and enough inside jokes to last until the next retreat.

We spend our days laughing until our stomachs hurt, making memories, trying new things, having real conversations, and enjoying time with an incredible group of women. No drama. No pressure. Just good people, good food, and a chance to step away from the craziness of everyday life.
