🤎👑 TWO YEARS OF SERVING FAMILIES. COUNTLESS MOMENTS OF LOVE. ONE BIG REQUEST! 👑🤎

For the past two years, I have had the incredible honor and privilege of walking alongside families through some of life’s most beautiful and transformative moments. From pregnancy and birth to postpartum recovery, lactation support, and childbirth education, Crown + Cradle Doula Co. has remained rooted in one mission: ensuring families feel seen, heard, informed, empowered, and supported.

But for me, this journey started long before Crown + Cradle Doula Co.

Some of you have been following my maternal health journey since I was a tiny scrub tech working in Labor & Delivery. 🥹 You’ve watched me grow throughout my healthcare career, earn my degrees, step into leadership, and eventually find my way back to the birth space — this time in an entirely different capacity — and build a doula practice of my very own.

And now, you’re watching me grow Crown + Cradle Doula Co. while cheering me on as I work toward becoming Dr. Bryant — the Doctor Doula — earning my Doctor of Public Administration and continuing my advocacy for better maternal and infant health outcomes. 👩🏾‍🎓🤎

What a journey it has been.

Through every chapter, one thing has remained constant: families and babies have always been at the heart of what I do.

Crown + Cradle Doula Co. is so much more than a business to me. This work is my life’s calling.

And now, I’m asking my village to help Crown + Cradle Doula Co. take another step forward. 🫶🏾

🏆 Crown + Cradle Doula Co. is seeking nominations for DFWChild’s 2027 Mom-Approved recognition!

For me, this is about so much more than an award. I want more families throughout DFW to know that compassionate, personalized support is available to them throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and lactation. I want families to have access to education, advocacy, resources, and someone firmly in their corner during one of the most important seasons of their lives.

I believe recognition through DFWChild could introduce Crown + Cradle Doula Co. to hundreds — and potentially thousands — of additional families and allow us to extend the same compassionate, individualized care that so many families have already trusted us to provide.

Unboxing with a purpose.

A huge thank you to munchkininc for sending Crown + Cradle Doula Co. their Flow Ni**le Shield+ samples and sizing tools! I’m so excited to be able to share these with families who need a little extra support in their feeding journeys.

I love being able to introduce my clients to practical feeding tools and resources that can help them feel more informed and supported along the way.

What a wonderful weekend! 🤎👑

This weekend, Crown + Cradle Doula Co. had the pleasure of attending the Beyond the Birth Postpartum Preparation Event as a sponsor, and it was such a meaningful experience.

We were excited to give away a gift basket filled with mymilliemoon, Johnson & Johnson baby products, and munchkininc products — and we even surprised another mom with a vtechusa baby monitor! 🎁

A huge shoutout to my new friend Cortni with preciousjewels.doula for creating such a thoughtful and supportive event for families.

First ever OOTD!!! Heading to a prenatal visit on a chilly day. This is my go to outfit when I am running around doing home visits with my clients. I love my on sneakers because they support my feet sooooo good! I am flat footed, iyk yk 🙃. They are also very durable with labor and delivery “spillage” lol. Major shout out to my friend sewontheside. I love my Crown + Cradle Doula Co. sweater❤️. Now let’s get on the road🏎️!!!

When you submit your IRB application and the email says 3-4 weeks processing time. Baby let me stock up on my sleep and take a mini break. My doula team has births scheduled this month. I have two births on my own. Let me catch these 😴.

Here’s a little glimpse from an interview I had the opportunity to do with walmart Brand Partner dryvette, an incredible stunning woman and PhD holder.

This moment meant so much to me and to Crown + Cradle Doula Co. As a small business owner and doctoral candidate, having the opportunity to talk about maternal and infant health, why this work matters, and the families at the heart of it all truly brings me so much joy. ❤️

Dr. Maureen, thank you for creating space for this conversation. What may have felt like a small moment made a very big impact on me.

My team and I are hard at work preparing for this weekend’s community baby shower, and we can’t wait to pour into families in a fun and practical way.

We’ll be handing out hand hygiene + first-aid swag bags, diaper samples from mymilliemoon and pampersus, snacks for the little ones, and more!

We’re so excited to be joining the Thrive Tour, hosted by Dallas County Health and Human Services and Hope Cottage, as one of the participating vendors.

Come out, connect with amazing community resources, meet local vendors, enjoy the event, and leave feeling supported as you navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.

The Crown + Cradle team will be there with diaper samples, resources, giveaways, and MORE! We can’t wait to meet families, answer questions, and pour into our community.
