If my life looks easy from the outside, I can promise you…….man 😔.

Behind every accomplishment, every setback, every prayer, and every victory are people who have helped carry me through.

I have two best friends who mean the world to me—Brittany and Helena. Brittany and I have been best friends since I was 14 years old, and Helena since I was 20. These women have celebrated with me, cried with me, encouraged me, and reminded me who I am when life felt heavy.

Today, I surprised Brittany with flowers at work just because. No special occasion. No reason other than gratitude.

Because sometimes the people who hold us up deserve their flowers too.

These women are my kind of therapy.

Today marks a Crown + Cradle Doula Co. first 👑

Two babies.
One day.
Just 2.5 hours apart. ✨

This milestone would not have been possible without the incredible support of my awesome doula partners, Onia May. While I was welcoming one little one earthside, she was holding it down ensuring another family received the support and care they deserved untill I arrived. 🤎

Moments like these remind me that Crown + Cradle is growing into exactly what I envisioned—a team of compassionate professionals committed to showing up for families when they need us most.

One thing my clients and friends know about me... I won't ask you to do something I haven't done myself.

Living a healthier lifestyle isn't always easy. Trust me, I'm a work in progress too 🙃.

As someone who spends a lot of time educating and encouraging others, I've been making a conscious effort to pour into myself the same way I pour into everyone else.

So here's a peek inside my fridge: liveowyn protein shakes, bloomsupps, homemade juices made by my brother and me, and herbal tea blends from my local herb shop.

No perfection over here just small, intentional choices that add up over time.

Here's to doing better, feeling better, and making choices that support the life we're trying to build. One day at a time.
