INSIGHT MEDITATION ✨

Insight Meditation, also known as Vipassanā, is one of the oldest meditation practices in the world and remains one of the most profound tools for cultivating awareness, clarity, and inner peace.

Rather than trying to stop thoughts, control the mind, or force relaxation, Insight Meditation teaches us how to observe our experience with curiosity, compassion, and presence. Through this practice, we begin to understand ourselves more deeply and develop a greater capacity to navigate life with wisdom and clarity.

Over time, Insight Meditation can help us become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, patterns, and reactions, creating space for greater freedom, understanding, and peace.

If you've been curious about meditation but aren't sure where to begin, or if you're looking to deepen your practice, we invite you to join us for our upcoming Introduction to Insight Meditation (Vipassanā) workshop with Johnathan Woodside.

As one of the few formally trained Dharma teachers in Texas, Johnathan offers these teachings in a way that is accessible, experiential, and deeply rooted in authentic tradition. This special workshop will provide practical guidance, direct experience, and a meaningful introduction to a practice that has been passed down for more than 2,500 years.

We are so grateful to have Savi Davidson as part of the Breathe Meditation & Wellness community. 🤍

Savi carries a deeply intuitive and grounded presence that immediately makes people feel safe, seen, and supported. Her work is rooted in the understanding that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about remembering who you already are beneath the layers of life, experience, and conditioning.

Through her offerings, Savi creates space for emotional release, energetic alignment, and deep inner connection. She meets each person exactly where they are with compassion, wisdom, and care.

Her background includes Reiki Master training, Craniosacral work, yoga, sound and breathwork facilitation, and quantum-based healing practices. She weaves these modalities together in a way that feels both expansive and deeply personal, allowing each session to unfold intuitively.

At Breathe Meditation & Wellness, we believe healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Some days you need stillness. Some days you need movement. Some days you need community, sound, breath, or simply a space to exhale.

Our weekly class schedule is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

MONTHLY MANTRA • JUNE ✨

“I allow clarity, calm, and expansion to unfold naturally within me this month.”

June invites a softer kind of growth. Not forced, not rushed, but allowed. A remembering that clarity does not always come from striving, but often from stillness. That calm is not something we chase, but something we return to. That expansion happens most naturally when we stop resisting our own unfolding.

This mantra is a gentle invitation to move through the month with more trust in your inner rhythm. To release the pressure of needing to have everything figured out. To soften into the present moment and let insight arrive in its own time.

At Breathe Meditation & Wellness, we often witness how transformation begins in these quieter spaces. In breath. In pause. In presence. In the willingness to allow things to be exactly as they are while still moving forward.

Our monthly Women's Circle is a sacred space created for women seeking meaningful connection, support, reflection, and community. It is a place where we can come together to share both the challenges and joys of life while remembering that we were never meant to navigate it all alone.

Each month, a new topic is revealed as we open the circle. Past conversations have explored themes such as self-love, compassion, forgiveness, desire, friendship, aging, relationships, self-expression, and what it means to be a woman in today's world.

• A grounding meditation to settle into the space
• A thoughtfully chosen monthly theme
• Open sharing, reflection, and discussion
• A supportive and welcoming community of women
