ll Foundation are here to help you escape and to make the life that you want. No matter what you have been told by your abuser, the blame for the abuse lies solely in their hands. You have no choice to be a victim But you do have a choice to be a survivor. We are here to help you and that includes Men & Women as we don't discriminate or judge anybody. If you are a victim then we will help you,. However we will educate you also on how you can help yourself, as you must want to be a Survivor in life and to live not simply exist as a statistic. Hindsight is no use when it comes to Abuse. You can't get your life back, your children can't unhear or unsee all that they endured in a home that was Domestically Abusive and or Violent, But you can make sure that Your Future is Not Your Past. The Running Well Foundation is constantly providing New programs and initiatives for all. We will shortly have Two Social Network Pages for every single State in the USA. Those pages will be administered by Volunteers who know abuse, but all under the control of the Chief Information Officer within the foundation.
