We see you. We hear you. We feel you... but do you see, hear, and feel yourself?

To our Black and Brown men: The world asks you to be strong, to carry the weight, to mask the pain, and to keep moving. We know you are screaming inside. We see the silent battles you fight behind closed doors, and we are standing here ready to support you. The toolbox is wide open. The resources, the love, and the healing spaces are right here.

But a person can lead you to water, and they still can't make you drink.

True strength isn’t carrying a heavy burden until it destroys you; true strength is having the courage to reach into the toolbox and help yourself. We love you enough to stand by you, but no one can stay in a battle fighting for someone who refuses to fight for themselves. Healing requires your participation.
