They changed what “normal” blood pressure means—again.
The bigger question is not just the number, but why blood pressure is rising in the first place.
Insulin resistance, inflammation, nutrition, movement and daily habits can all play a role. Blood pressure matters, but it is only one piece of the metabolic health puzzle.
Comment “BP” and I’ll send you the protocol I used to improve my insulin resistance, blood sugar and metabolic health.

Your body does not need a complicated “perfect” diet. It needs consistent access to foods that provide fibre, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and protective plant compounds.
In this video, I share six nutrient-dense foods that can help support:
🥗 Metabolic health
🫀 Heart health
🧠 Brain function
🛡️ Your body’s natural defences
🍽️ Fullness and fewer cravings
The goal is not to eat flawlessly. It is to include more foods that genuinely nourish and protect your body—one meal at a time.
How many of these six foods do you already eat regularly?

Burning, tingling, numbness or “pins and needles” in your feet should not automatically be dismissed as tired feet or getting older.
These sensations can have several causes, but they may sometimes be associated with nerve damage related to chronically elevated blood sugar. The concerning part is that metabolic changes may be developing long before someone realizes there is a problem.
The good news is that learning what affects your blood sugar—and taking consistent steps to support your metabolic health—can help you become more proactive.
Persistent, worsening or unexplained symptoms should always be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Have you ever experienced burning or tingling in your feet?

Sometimes one simple piece of information reaches the right person at exactly the right time.
This viral video sparked conversations, encouraged people to ask better questions about their health and reportedly helped many viewers take meaningful action.
The biggest takeaway? Do not ignore the signals your body is sending—and do not wait until your health feels completely out of control before making changes.
Small, consistent steps can have a powerful impact on metabolic health over time.
Comment INFO and I’ll send you details about the protocol mentioned in the video.

The Order You Eat Your Food Matters

You may not need to change everything on your plate—sometimes, changing the order can make a difference.
Try eating your meal in this order:
🥦 Fibre first
🍗 Protein next
🍚 Carbohydrates last
Starting with fibre-rich vegetables, followed by protein and then carbohydrates, may help slow digestion, support fullness and create a steadier post-meal blood sugar response.
It is a simple habit that does not require counting calories, eliminating entire food groups or making your dinner unnecessarily complicated.
Would you try this at your next meal?

Many people assume their doctor and pharmacist are the only ones influencing which medications they receive—but the system is far more complicated.
This congressional testimony highlights how pharmacy benefit managers, insurance companies, pharmacies and other healthcare businesses can be connected under the same corporate umbrella. When the same organization helps determine coverage, negotiate drug prices and dispense medications, it raises important questions about transparency, incentives and who truly benefits.
Patients deserve to understand how these decisions are made—and whether the medication chosen is genuinely the best option for them.
What do you think: does the current system protect patients, or protect profits?

Trying to improve your blood sugar or A1C? Start with these three foundational habits:
⏰ Create a consistent eating window to give your body a break between meals.
🥦 Increase strategic fibre intake to support fullness, digestion and a steadier blood sugar response.
🍞 Reduce refined carbohydrates that can cause rapid glucose spikes.
You do not need another extreme diet. Consistent, realistic changes can add up to meaningful progress over time.

Have you ever eaten a full meal… only to feel hungry again an hour later?

That does not automatically mean you lack willpower. Your meal may simply be missing the nutrients that help you feel satisfied.

Meals built mostly around refined carbohydrates can digest quickly and may leave you searching for another snack soon afterward. Adding more protein and fibre can help support fullness, steadier energy and a more balanced blood sugar response.

Try building your next meal around:

🥚 A quality source of protein
🥦 Fibre-rich vegetables
🥑 Healthy fats
🍚 A sensible portion of carbohydrates

Your body may not need less food. It may need a meal that works harder for you.

Not all fibre supplements do the same job.
Some products provide only one type of fibre, while others combine several fibre sources with additional nutrients designed to support digestion and metabolic health.
When comparing fibre products, look beyond the number on the front of the package. Check the ingredient list and ask:
Does it contain multiple fibre sources?
Does it provide soluble or viscous fibre?
Does it contain added sugar or unnecessary ingredients?
Will it realistically fit into your daily routine?
The best product is not automatically the one with the biggest fibre number. It is the one that supports your goals and that you will use consistently.
Start gradually, drink plenty of water and remember that individual tolerance can vary.
Comment FIBRE if you would like to know which one I recommend and why.
