What the heck is a Nana Cake?

They are our Nut-less 🚫⛔️snack cakes. I named them after my sister who is super-duper allergic to nuts. (You might know her as a star in a previous IG video eating one while on goat 🐐 watch)
She has a ton of allergies, also has Celiac and as well as other digestive issues.
She is always munching on sunflower seeds to have something crunchy to eat because as most of you know, there are not a lot of options for Celiac peeps that have great appeal to the tastebuds.
For about 6 months she has eaten 2 of these everyday and has watched her digestive issues shrink to a minimum. I will be interviewing her soon to get her full story. These little circles have really been life changing for her.
