Y’all know OmniMed is GROWING, and I’m trying to create a schedule that allows me to accommodate my providers AND actually get everybody’s work DONE! 😂💻

Keep in mind, y’all — I STILL WORK A FULL-TIME JOB from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Then I clock out of one job and come over here and start working with my providers. 😮‍💨😂

So I’m thinking about restructuring my schedule like this:

📞 CONSULTATIONS — WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY
Starting at 5:00 PM CST
Each consultation will be a full 60-minute session so we have dedicated time to discuss your agency, your questions, what you need, and your next steps.

💻 MCO CREDENTIALING — SATURDAY & SUNDAY
I’m thinking about dedicating my weekends specifically to MCO credentialing so I can sit down, focus, work through applications, review documents, submit what’s ready, and keep my credentialing projects organized.

During the week, I can focus on my other provider work, follow-ups, emails, licensing, Medicaid applications, deficiencies, and everything else y’all have Sandra doing! 😂😂😂

I’m also in the process of bringing on a couple of Credentialing Specialists to assist me, because baby… OMNIMED IS GROWING! 🙌🏽💚

I want to grow the RIGHT way without sacrificing the quality of service I give my providers.

So before I make this my official schedule…
