Our Resident Ambassador Quarterly Luncheon was a great time to connect, share ideas, and enjoy lunch together.

We enjoyed Chicken Salad Chick croissants with fresh pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, and cantaloupe while discussing our newest residents who have joined us over the last quarter. Our ambassadors shared what's been working to help new residents feel welcome, talked through ways to make those first few weeks even easier, and offered thoughtful ideas on what we can continue doing and what we can improve.

We're grateful for our Resident Ambassadors and the care they put into helping make Seagrass Village feel like home.

A group of young violin, viola, and cello students from the Mobile Symphony Orchestra Summer Strings Program visited Seagrass Village Daphne to share their musical talents with our residents.

Under the direction of Ms. Daniela Pardo and Mr. Jose Sunderland, they performed a wonderful selection of music that everyone enjoyed.

We had such a fun morning at Seagrass!

We loved welcoming our friends from Hermes Enchanted Garden at RPC, who spent time playing games, chatting, and making memories with our residents.

A meal that's hard to beat!

Our residents enjoyed a delicious lunch of tender pork tenderloin, roasted Brussels sprouts, warm fresh-baked rolls, and chocolate cake for dessert. From the first bite to the last, it was a meal everyone could appreciate.

Weather Update | Tropical Storm Bertha

We are continuing to closely monitor Tropical Storm Bertha and are actively preparing our community as the storm approaches the Gulf Coast.

As a precaution, we are asking all residents to please bring inside or secure any outdoor items that could become airborne in strong winds, including patio furniture, potted plants, flags, umbrellas, door mats, and other loose belongings.

Our team has been reviewing our storm preparedness plans and will continue to monitor updates from the NOAA NWS National Hurricane Center. We will share additional information if conditions change.

The latest forecast track is attached for your reference. Please remember that tropical systems can shift, and impacts such as heavy rain, gusty winds, and isolated severe weather can occur outside of the forecast track.

The safety of our residents, families, and team members remains our highest priority. Thank you for your cooperation, and please stay weather aware.

Reed has been a valued member of our team since June 24, 2024, when our Assisted Living community first opened. Since day one, she has consistently demonstrated compassion, dedication, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Our Assisted Living residents consistently have wonderful things to say about Reed. She takes the time to build meaningful relationships, goes the extra mile to make each resident feel valued, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Her kindness, positive attitude, and strong work ethic make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day.

A big thank you to Your Choice Senior Care Baldwin County for treating us to delicious charcuterie cups at Happy Hour today!
