From sparkling apartments and welcoming common areas to the little touches that bring comfort to our residents, these amazing team members work tirelessly behind the scenes to create a clean, safe, and beautiful environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Today, we took a moment to show our appreciation with a small token of thanks—but their impact on our community is truly priceless.

💙 Meet Miss Dorothy... and her incredible way of saying "Hello!" 💙

When Miss Dorothy moved into Seagrass Village, she had one simple goal: make new friends.

Instead of waiting for people to introduce themselves, she came up with the sweetest idea. She made three different custom T-shirts to wear during her first three days in our community.

👕 Day 1: "Hi, I'm Dorothy, and I'm new!"
👕 Day 2: A new color, the same warm introduction.
👕 Day 3: Another shirt, another opportunity to meet someone new.

And on the back of every shirt was the message:
"I'm so excited to meet you!"

Her shirts brought smiles, started conversations, and reminded all of us that making new connections can begin with a simple hello.

Miss Dorothy's enthusiasm, courage, and joyful spirit are exactly what make Seagrass Village feel like home. She embraced this new chapter with open arms, and in return, our residents embraced her right back.

Welcome home, Miss Dorothy! ❤️ Thank you for reminding us that it's never too late to make new friends and start a beautiful new chapter.

🎉 Welcome Home, Merlyn & Carolyn! 🏡💙

Please join us in giving a warm Seagrass Village welcome to Merlyn and Carolyn, our newest residents!

We are so excited to have you both become part of our Seagrass Village family. We hope this new chapter is filled with meaningful friendships, wonderful experiences, and the comfort of calling our community home.

A new month means a new lineup of games at Seagrass Village Daphne! Over the weekend, our residents learned how to play Bucket Ball and Putt-Putt Pool. We were having so much fun that we didn't stop to take many pictures, but here's a few we managed to capture.

We're looking forward to many more weekends filled with laughter, friendly competition, and great memories.

Our Resident Ambassador Quarterly Luncheon was a great time to connect, share ideas, and enjoy lunch together.

We enjoyed Chicken Salad Chick croissants with fresh pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, and cantaloupe while discussing our newest residents who have joined us over the last quarter. Our ambassadors shared what's been working to help new residents feel welcome, talked through ways to make those first few weeks even easier, and offered thoughtful ideas on what we can continue doing and what we can improve.

We're grateful for our Resident Ambassadors and the care they put into helping make Seagrass Village feel like home.

Our residents spent some time Saturday making dragonflies from buttons.

Each creation was unique to its designer, making for a fun afternoon of creativity and conversation.

A group of young violin, viola, and cello students from the Mobile Symphony Orchestra Summer Strings Program visited Seagrass Village Daphne to share their musical talents with our residents.

Under the direction of Ms. Daniela Pardo and Mr. Jose Sunderland, they performed a wonderful selection of music that everyone enjoyed.

Thank you to the students and their conductors for sharing your time, talent, and love of music with our community! 🎻

We had such a fun morning at Seagrass!

We loved welcoming our friends from Hermes Enchanted Garden at RPC, who spent time playing games, chatting, and making memories with our residents.

There’s nothing quite like the joy that comes from connecting generations and sharing a little laughter together. Thank you for spending your morning with us!
