The Shoulder is a faith-based, nonprofit treatment center offering affordable, compassionate addiction recovery services for men and women on the Gulf Coast. Since 1985, we’ve helped individuals and families reclaim their lives through structured p

Our facilities are located in Spanish Fort and Baldwin County, Alabama, with services extending across the Gulf Coast. Our mission is simple: restore lives from addiction—one person, one day at a time.

💙 Help Us Dress Our Ladies for The Shoulder’s Banquet! 💙
We are collecting new or gently used dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and shoes so each of our female clients can feel confident and beautiful at our upcoming banquet.
We are currently looking for:
👗 Dresses/Jumpsuits
Size 8 — preferably black
Size 10
Size 10/12
Size 11/12 — stretchy material preferred
Size 12
Size 13/14
Size 14/16 or 1X — black jumpsuit preferred
Size 16 or 2X — black preferred
Large or 2X — long dress preferred
A blue dress
👠 Dress Shoes
Size 5 — black heels, not too high
Size 6
Size 6½–7
Size 7 — black peep-toe preferred
Size 9 — several pairs needed
Size 9½ — open-toe or dress shoes preferred
Donations may be new or gently used and in good condition. Every donation will help one of our ladies enjoy a special evening feeling celebrated, confident, and cared for.

For more than four decades, The Shoulder has helped restore individuals and families impacted by alcohol and drug addiction by providing quality, affordable treatment in a safe, secure, Christian environment.
This special evening is an opportunity to celebrate lives changed, hear more about our mission, and support the continued work of recovery in the communities we serve.
