But, all great things take time and construction in the studio is not quite ready for Saturday morning classes.
We will be ready for you to see the new space and flow on Monday!
✨️ Because the space is smaller for yoga, classes WILL be selling out.

I know many of our clients have asked why we are inside 10 O'Clock Health and Wellness. And you might not know this, but Cailen and I are cousins 💖 her dad is my Uncle, and I have so many amazing memories of us growing up laughing alongside her family and hearing this 10 O'Clock situation every camping trip we used to go on.
Please give Cailen Alejandro and her family some love today as we remember her dad and lift her family up in remembrance on her Dad's heavenly birthday 🎂

The last time I turned this key to lock up the studio we knew, I had some tears 😢
But those tears quickly turned to excitement and immense pride for Cailen and the girls at 10 O'Clock Health & Wellness as they expand and grow. 🧘‍♀️
Classes in the studio cannot be held during construction, so we are CLOSED for in session classes this Saturday July 18th, and Monday July 20th, and we are ✨️hoping✨️ we can have Saturday morning in the *new* studio space on July 25th-keep an eye on our website to see when you can register for classes.
