Today, we remember.

We remember the lives lost too soon. The sons and daughters. The moms and dads. The brothers, sisters, spouses, and friends whose absence is felt every single day.

We also stand beside the ones still fighting, the families still praying, and the people who are living proof that recovery is possible.

At Rise & Recover, this day is personal to us. We have seen the heartbreak addiction can bring, but we have also had the privilege of watching people rebuild their lives one day at a time.

If you are struggling, please know there is still hope. There is still time. Your story is not over;

We are so excited to announce the very first Keep Going; Recovery Walk benefiting Rise & Recover Sober Living!

📅 Saturday, October 10, 2026
⏰ 10 AM to 2 PM
📍 327 S. Smithville Rd., Dayton, Ohio

This is so much more than a walk. It is a day to celebrate recovery, share real stories, connect our community with resources, and remind people that recovery IS possible.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 to help provide recovery housing scholarships, essential move-in needs, household necessities, and recovery resources for men and women who are working hard to rebuild their lives.

Throughout the day, you will hear real stories from our residents and alumni, visit Resource Row, meet community partners, hear guest speakers, enjoy food and music, and most importantly, come together to celebrate how beautiful life in recovery can be.

👕 The first 50 people to register will receive a FREE Keep Going; Recovery Walk T-shirt at the event!

Two years! 🎉

Today, Rise & Recover Sober Living celebrates 2 years of serving our communities, and what a journey it has been.

What started as a simple "yes" to God's calling has grown into 60+ homes across Ohio, serving hundreds of men and women seeking a safe place to rebuild their lives.

Over the last two years, we have celebrated victories, walked through heartbreak, watched families reunite, welcomed residents into homes that became places of healing, and witnessed countless reminders that recovery is possible.

This mission has never been about houses. It has always been about people.

To every resident who trusted us with your journey, every staff member who pours your heart into this mission, every volunteer, donor, landlord, treatment partner, and supporter... thank you! You are part of this story, and we could not do this without you.

We are incredibly grateful for how far God has brought us, but we truly believe the best is still ahead. There are still lives to change, communities to serve, and people waiting to hear that hope is possible.

Here's to two years of hope, healing, and second chances.
