I started my Journey 2 and a half decades ago. Like many, I fell on and off the so called "Wagon" of Dieting. I would lose a ton of weight, step on stage, then the minute it was all over I went back to binge eating and no exercise. In the last 18 years I have had 2 children and competed several times. My last competition was September of 2019 where not only did I lose over 30lbs, but I stepped on

stage again, qualified for Nationals, and won the overall title in the Masters Division at the Daytona Beach Classic. Today I know how to balance a healthy life style all while being a mom & a business owner. My goal is to help others achieve their personal fitness goals/dreams all while still improving myself. I believe there is always room for improvement no matter how old you are. I now offer one on one personal wellness coaching, personal training sessions, on-line coaching plans, suggested meal plans & more! I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist & would love to help with all your recovery needs!
