Next week
- Mon, Sep 14 at 7:00 pm
- Wed, Sep 16 at 5:30 pm

We're keeping Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and adding these other days/times to test, based on your feedback. 🤩

Happy Labor Day everyone! Aside from the random hail storms, I hope the weekend has been pleasant for you all. ☺️

I’m back in town now and slowly recovering from jet lag. 🫩

And I’m so excited to see you for our yoga practice this Wednesday, Sept 9 at 5:30pm at PEAKLife Rehab and Wellness. 🤩🧘🏼‍♀️💕

Good news & bad news… 👀

The bad news: No yoga next week! Our next class will be Wednesday, September 9th at 5:30pm.

The good news:

I’ll be away on a yoga retreat in one of the world’s Blue Zones—Sardinia, Italy! 🇮🇹✨

Which means… when I get back, I might have some new knowledge to share about this wonderful practice of yoga! 🧘🏼‍♀️💕

AND… I’m planning on adding more yoga classes during the week! Yay! 🎉

I’m so grateful I get to meet new people every week and see so many of you returning to class. 🥰

Here we are in crocodile pose—a much-needed relaxing posture after all the hard work we do. Kudos to you all for showing up. That’s the hardest part of all! 🙏🏼
