Grief has a way of finding me in the most unexpected spaces… 🤍

Today, while cleaning the studio, I found myself wanting to call my mom.

It’s funny how grief works. One moment you’re folding towels, organizing products, or moving through an ordinary day, and the next you’re missing someone so deeply it catches you off guard.

When I created Sun & Soul, I never imagined how much room it would make for vulnerability—not just for my clients, but for me, too.

Every day, I have the privilege of holding space for others as they navigate their own stories, healing, and transformations. Somewhere along the way, this little sanctuary became a place where I could soften, reflect, and heal, too.

Whether you’re here in person, through social media, or virtually, I hope you always know that this space was created for you with so much love and intention. This is a safe space for your experiences, your emotions, your growth, and the journey you’re on. We’re in it together. ✨

Hi, I think you’re a break before and you don’t need to wait until your burnt out…🤎🌿✨

The world will always be overabundant in work, other people, and responsibilities. It will never hesitate to ask more of you.

But please let this be your reminder that it’s okay to slow down and care for YOURSELF.

Sometimes self care looks like a facial, turning your phone off, and choosing to say no for the rest of the day.

Giving yourself space to rest, reset your nervous system, and simply be present in your own body is just as important as everything else you give your energy to. And the best part… you don’t need to “earn it.” 🤍
