From our family to yours,broken hearts and all, our beloved company mascot, official cuddle monster, and Lead Ambassador, R***r Pearson, has been diagnosed with advanced form of cancer which has metastasized in areas of his body.
Approximately 3 weeks ago, R***r developed a small mass on his left ear that grew exponentially alerting his medical team to rush him into surgery to remove the mass which, at the time of surgery, had grown to the size of a small golf ball in just under 3 weeks. Additionally other masses have been identified throughout his body, particularly around his liver, kidneys, and gums. He now has what looks like a shark bite to his ear from the removal of the tumor - in a way it’s kind of cute and of course, he still holds the title Regal R***r!

R***r, believe it or not,is more of a puppy now than he has been in years which is so refreshing and per the doctors, a fantastic sign that all treatment is working and improving his quality of life (not that he was struggling prior). He is under the best care in Colorado and there isn’t anything we wouldn’t do to make sure he overcomes this speed bump and continues to thrive in his elderly years! We LOVE his salt and pepper look!
