A simple way to get a deep stretch through the diaphragm and everything around it.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Arms overhead, lift into a bridge and inhale deeply
2. Hold at the top and exhale fully — then hold your breath at the bottom
3. Lower your hips slowly, arms still overhead, and hold until you can’t anymore — this is your stretch!
