This patient came to .luxeroom in Fort Collins with existing filler that had migrated beyond the natural lip border. Rather than continuing to add more filler, we dissolved the previous product, allowed the lips to fully settle, and then rebuilt from her already beautiful shape.
·
Dissolving typically takes 1-2 sessions spaced 2 weeks apart. This is the part that’s important: you must wait 4 weeks after the last dissolving session before adding more filler. This gave the lips time to fully heal so we could reassess the anatomy and create a more intentional treatment plan.
