I often find my self sitting in the space between my rational, logical mind and the intuitions of my gut. It’s one of my own most constant paradoxes in life, a dance I will be learning forever.

What if the heart is where our paradoxes sit in council with each other? What if we could make space in our heart for our seemingly opposing desires, energies, and identities to coexist and make peace with one another? What if here is where we begin to notice that each paradox is one greater whole, one deeper truth that we can’t see when we’re tearing it apart?

The paradox of the Full Moon in Aquarius is this: Even as the stars rain down fire around you, you are safe. Even standing on the mountaintop, exposed to the world and the winds, you are protected. Mystery will keep you secure in the world. Peel away the layers to see the logic behind the mysteries of life, and find beauty in both.

This Full Moon is inviting us back into our heart space, back into the in-between of logic and intuition, certainty and mystery.
