At Inspired Warrior Project, we’re building community through movement, healing, connection, and experiences that bring people together from all walks of life. From weekly classes to monthly wellness events, retreats, rooftop experiences, workshops, and community gatherings… we’re creating spaces where people can show up exactly as they are. 🖤

We’re currently expanding our 2026 instructor team and looking for aligned Yoga + Pilates instructors who are passionate about community, inclusivity, authenticity, and creating experiences that make people FEEL something.

Healing and processing has become different for me lately...

Its been time with community, soul sisters, ghost writing, cooking, going to my cousins art piece, concerts, sitting in the quite. Falling apart, having ADHD paralysis.

Looking at all of these photos from the past two weekends, reminds me of how much love I have for community and how many people love me.

When we get stuck while healing, it can be hard to see the bigger picture. Our visions get cloudy. And it's especially been hard because I'm figuring who I am now. Learning this new version of me.

I can say the most healing has been going through all of my journals, texts and emails from Mike and I to right this book. Getting feedback and different perspectives.

While I like when I fall apart because that's where I grow, I love seeing how far we (community and I) have come and we are just getting started.
