The Bellagio Las Vegas is my number one resort in Vegas. Eating my way through the hotel one meal at a time. 🥠🥠🥢🥢 Typically I don’t get beef but something told me to try the Mongolian Beef with extra spice and I loved it!

Opted to try for brunch and it didn’t disappoint. Whole they’re known for their stuffed bagel bombs (next time I’ll get this) they Mockingburger was delicious and SO filling! I LOVED the whipped Brie grilled cheeses with chimichurri on top. We also had the truffle tater tots, fancy mac & cheese and Brussel sprouts.

You can’t go wrong with libations for brunch and they treated us to a birthday cookie which was so sweet of the staff! I highly recommend stopping here for brunch when you’re in Nashville.
