AI can be helpful, but when it comes to advocating for your child, some things deserve a little more care. 💜 Before you hit send, pause and think about what information you’re sharing—and where it’s going.

There’s so much more we want to do, and we can’t do it alone. 💜

More healing. More community. More connection. More room to make an impact.

Whether you give, share, or simply tell someone about the vision, you’re helping us move it forward. 🫶🏽

The Healing Block was a whole vibe. 💜

Good conversations, lots of laughs, and a community coming together in a way that just felt good.

Healing can look like a lot of things. This time, it looked like pulling up to the block. ✨

Back to school comes with a little bit of everything. 💜📚

As our kids settle into a new year, remember that simply staying involved can make a difference. Ask questions, celebrate the wins, and remind them they’ve always got someone in their corner.

Here’s to a great school year for our kids AND the parents supporting them along the way. ✏️✨

✨ TRUST THE FALL ✨
A Aerial Healing Experience

What happens when the person who holds everything together finally allows themselves to be held?

Join us for an intentional evening of aerial movement, reflection, and surrender as we practice releasing control, trusting ourselves, and making room to simply let go. 🖤

📅 Wednesday, September 23, 2026
⏰ 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 18728 W. Warren Ave., Detroit, MI 48228
🎟️ $40 | Limited spots available

Aerial practice facilitated by The Healing Hammock.

You don’t have to hold everything together all the time.

Let go. Trust yourself. Be held.

👉🏾 Grab your ticket before spots are gone!

Too many people are navigating hard seasons without the support, resources, or safe spaces they deserve.

We believe care should be easier to find, and that community can be part of the healing process. Your donation helps us move this work forward and build something meaningful for the people we serve.

If this mission speaks to you, please consider giving or sharing. 💜

A little Black Girl Picnic recap 💕✨

Myself Included had a great time connecting, enjoying the atmosphere, and celebrating community at the Black Girl Picnic. And of course, we kept it kinda chic. 😉

When was the last time you slowed down long enough to check in with yourself?

Pause. Take a breath. Notice what you’re feeling—and give yourself permission to honor what you need today. You deserve the same care you give to everyone else. 💜
