That one time Tia Mowry pinned my comment! 🤭

Someone once told me they didn’t like, share, or repost certain content of mine bc they didn’t feel I perfectly walked everything I shared.

And honestly…it made me sit, reflect, and go within. 🤔

How many strangers receive our daily likes, reactions, shares, and reposts—sometimes even earning Extra money bc of every click—while we know absolutely nothing about their morals, values, integrity, relationships, or how they live or conduct themselves when the camera is off?

Yet some people we actually know may be expected to demonstrate perfection before we support anything they say.

I’ve never (ever 🧘🏾‍♀️) presented myself as a finished product bc I’m a daily student. The disclaimers are woven throughout my brand: that I am still learning, healing, unlearning, practicing, and becoming too.

However, I def practice what I share.
I reflect.
I take accountability.
I own the part I play.
I repair when I can.
And I return to the work when I fall short.

I don’t teach from a pedestal—I share from within the practice. 🏡

& There’s a difference between hypocrisy and humanity.

If people had to perfectly embody every truth before speaking it, none of us would ever be qualified to encourage, teach, or remind another person of anything.

Sometimes the message we share is also the medicine we’re still learning to take.
