June 1st marks the beginning of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month—a time to break the silence and remind men and boys that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

The statistics are heartbreaking: men account for nearly 80% of su***de deaths in the U.S., and many struggle in silence because they feel pressure to “be strong” or carry everything alone.

This month—and every month—let’s remind the men in our lives that they don’t have to have all the answers, they don’t have to carry every burden alone, and their mental health matters too. 💙

We are so excited to officially announce our very first public Respite Night at The Brook Center!

Whether you need a few hours to run errands, enjoy a quiet dinner, or simply take a moment to recharge, we’ve created a safe, supportive, and fun environment for your child with our amazing RBTs and BCBAs. 💚

📍 TWO LOCATIONS AVAILABLE:
• White Bluff Clinic
• Waverly Clinic

🗓 May 29th
⏰ 5:00–8:00 PM
💲$30 per child

✨ Only 6 spots available per clinic to help us provide individualized support and maintain a calm, engaging environment for all children attending.

This event is open to children with special needs and is also a wonderful opportunity to meet our team, tour the clinic, and learn more about who we are at The Brook Center!
