(Most) individuals with thoughts of su***de do not want to die. Rather, they want relief from the emotional pain from which they suffer. The ultimate tragedy of su***de is that (most) of these deaths are preventable, if the individual or families knew the resources in their area.

If someone confines in you about their struggles of not wanting to be here anymore. Please reach out and tell someone that can help them if you can't. There's always someone out there that can help!! Do not let them suffer in silence, you do not want them to make that harsh decision and you be the only person they told. Rather them be mad at you for a little while then attend their funeral to say your last goodbyes.
The signs are not always black and white and we know that!! Just keep an eye out and an open heart! If you are struggling there is always help out there and people that are willing to listen! We would always make time to listen to your story and struggles, rather than hear of another su***de.
If you have lost someone to su***de and are struggling yourself, there are support groups, grief counseling, and people that have been where you are that are ready and willing to help you navigate through this difficult time.

~The Natalie Lyle Foundation ~ We do this because of this beautiful face right here, Natalie reef Lyle. 03/03/06-03/03/19
We will push and advocate for youth su***de until our last breath. In hopes we can make a difference and help other children that are suffering in silence. Everyone story is different And we are here to listen. If Sharon Natalie's story can help just 1 child or parent/guardian it's well worth it!!

Today we want to wish Elissa Nichole Garcia, a happy 14th birthday in heaven. 6/15/12-3/9/26

Birthdays are never easy after loss, but it's beautiful to see how much love surrounds her memory. You could feel how much she is missed and how much she is loved from seeing her family and friends celebrate her today.
-Elissa loved to draw, she was an amazing artist🩷
Today and everyday we remember and honor Elissa.
Today is a reminder that these children will never be forgotten. Their names continue to be spoken, their memories continue to be celebrated, and their impact continues to live on through all who love them.

When you feel like giving up, remember: storms don't last forever. Hold on through the rain—your sunshine is still coming. 💜

💜 You are not alone. Help is available, hope is real, and healing is possible. Mental health matters, and whether you're struggling yourself or supporting someone you love, resources are available. Your feelings matter. Your story matters. If today feels heavy, please remember that reaching out is a sign of strength, and help is closer than you know.

🦋 At The Natalie Lyle Foundation, we believe every life matters and every conversation matters. Together, we can break the stigma, spread awareness, and remind others that they never have to face their struggles alone.

Mental health journeys aren't linear - but you're still here, still trying. That matters. Keep going. 💙

Today is Gun Violence Awareness Day. Thanks to the Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs, TSPN can distribute gun locks widely across Tennessee to help keep fi****ms safely stored when not in use. Order yours here!

💜🩵 What's one thing that helps you through a hard day?🩵💜

I'll go first, getting out of the house and doing something. Being cooped up in the house only makes things worse for me.
