June has looked a whole lot like this lately 🤎✨

Jar after jar of fresh tallow products cooling on my kitchen table while I work on a big summer restock! I’ve spent most of June rendering tallow from local pasture-raised beef suet and getting your favorite products poured, whipped, labeled, and ready for market season. Every single jar is handmade completely from scratch here on our farm. 🌿

This batch of Barrier Balm is cooling before labels go on and I’m busy getting everything ready for the Dixon Pride Festival 2026 this Saturday from 1–7 PM at Page Park in Dixon! 🌈

Confession time… 🙋‍♀️

Yesterday I went riding and figured I was safe since it was cooler out and I started the ride wearing a sweatshirt. Well, somewhere along the way the sweatshirt came off, and by the time I got home my shoulders and upper back were definitely feeling the effects of the sun. ☀️🔥

Before bed, I reached for my After Sun Cooling Balm and applied it to the areas that were feeling hot and uncomfortable.

The relief was almost immediate.

Happy Birthday to My Biggest Supporter 🤍

While you all see the products, market setups, and packaged orders, there’s someone working quietly behind the scenes helping make it all possible — my husband, PJ.

He’s the incredible soap maker, the label printer, order shipper, display builder, and the one holding everything together while I’m off doing vendor shows and chasing this dream. He steps in without hesitation to take care of the kids, the animals, the chores, and whatever else needs to be done so I can pour into this business.

He’s also the one who pushes me when I need it most — encouraging me to keep going, believe in myself, and dream bigger even when I’m exhausted or overwhelmed.

This little business may have my name on it, but it’s built with his support too.
