Hey friends,

Just wanting to update you all on the news we’ve received this week so far. We still have an appointment with the radiation doctor later this week, but we have officially been given our appointment date for MD Anderson. We have been instructed to plan on staying for multiple days which will be determined after our consultation with the oncologist. We do ask that over the next few weeks out of respect for Katie if you have any questions or suggestions that you please message Brittany, Jacob, or Leona. We would like for Katie to be well rested before, during, and after this trip.

Please pray for safe travels, complete healing, and most of all our girl.

Today we met with the oncologist to go over results and treatment plans.

Katelyn has been referred to MD Anderson so we can exhaust all of our options. She will be seeing an oncologist that her oncologist recommends and works closely with. In the meantime, she will have more scans in the next few weeks along with starting targeted radiation.

We ask that you please pray that the radiation will work on the new areas and that Katelyn’s body continues to stay strong during this process.

Our family is so thankful for the love and support during this time.

It has been two years since Katelyn’s diagnosis. Recent scans have shown some concerning changes that are requiring further testing and treatment. It’s been a constant battle with insurance so therefore on behalf of my sister and our parents I have created this GoFundMe to help with the financial strain it has put on them.

Almost been 2 years since my diagnosis, y’all know I had to yap about it. These last couple years have been chaotic but He remains constant and good. Thank you Jesus!! Please pray for my continued healing and good reports! 💗🫁

So blessed to say we had another good report and everything with my cancer has remained stable since last visit. Follow ups are being extended to 4 months instead of 3. Thank you all so much for the prayers. He is so good to us!!!💗🫁

3 months has come and gone again and my scans are later this week. I will get my results next week. God has been good to us. I am grateful for everyday!! Please continue to pray for my complete healing. 💗🫁

Beginning the new year with continued praise to God’s many blessings and faithfulness! My scans showed I had more improvement around my lung, and the areas on my liver and spine are still stable! Thank you Lord for the breath you give and the opportunities of each day!! Happy new year!! 💗🫁

As the year 2025 ends, I find myself reflecting on all the blessings we have experienced this year. This year has been a tough one learning what it truly means to wake up and smile and actually experience love, joy, excitement, and even developing a positive outlook on the FUTURE, despite cancer. I recall hearing throughout my life “the peace that surpasses all understanding”. I never understood that. Thank you Jesus, that despite this terrible diagnosis, you still bless me, and continue to give me some type of peace. How amazing are your works.

My next scans are a few days after Christmas. Please pray for continued healing throughout me and good reports. 💗🫁
