September is Whole Grain Month🌾🍞 Whole grains are packed with nutrients that fuel your family's growth! Unlike refined grains, whole grains keep the entire grain kernel—giving you more fiber, B vitamins, and minerals to keep you feeling full and energized.

Your WIC benefits cover whole grains like whole-wheat bread, brown rice, oats, corn tortillas, whole-grain pasta, and more! Talk to your WIC dietitian for more information and for easy ways to include whole grains in your family’s diet.

To learn more about WIC, call us at 330-343-5555, ext. 1540 or visit www.signupwic.com.
