Isaac brings more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong background in commercial leadership, process improvement, and building strategies that drive growth and long-term success. He will be focused on our Contract division, where his expertise and industry knowledge will make an immediate impact.

Isaac will work closely alongside Ben Ovenden, who leads our Secure division. Their collaboration is intentional and reflects Metrix’s commitment to building a business development team that is connected, responsive, and positioned for continued growth.

This week, The Metrix Company celebrated Employee Appreciation Week a little early — we couldn’t wait to celebrate our heroes! Our team enjoyed a delicious pasta bar, Crumbl Cookies, Happy Joe’s Pizza, fresh popcorn, prize drawings, and best of all, a two-hour head start to the weekend.

We couldn’t be prouder of our team. Across every production, administrative, and support role, our employees are dedicated to manufacturing the highest-quality medical devices that make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes. We are incredibly grateful for our everyday “Superheroes” and the pride, passion, and excellence they bring to work each day. 🌟
