Whether you choose an alcoholic option or not, RULE NUMBER 1: You watch your drink be poured or opened EVERY TIME. Keep it with you at all times. You lose sight of it, it's done. No exceptions.

Having a lid or drink cover is always a good idea. Distractions happen and it takes only one second to have something dropped in. Not scared, prepared.
