Make congress fund warchest to include Medical recovery expenditures. Previously the U.S. Congress has forgotten to include medical recovery for each service member. Congress to expect 10% casualty rate per day per campaign.

Start with Amputees and account for every year that is declared inflationary. Urge the U.S, Congress to consider some calculations on medical recovery expenditures for all servicemembers that will enter a hostile fire zone anytime there is one proclaimed around the world. I suggest a science paper contest for such calculations to be rendered before December 31st, 2014.

It is not rocket science as they say to understand all that violent maiming and death is mutually expensive to both sides in any conflict. buying bullets and bombs should not be the first items to check-off for war supplies but rather the medical cost during and after the hostilities are initiated.

how much is war worth to train and equip each service member? now how much when a nation adds medical recovery of a 2/3 loss to a human body. We have quadriplegic veterans that have to recover more than one limb so now know the cost for one veteran. Before one nation goes to war there should be the said cost for one wounded in four limbs multiplied by every member we are going to send saved up in the nations Treasury. How long will it take to cover just 100k Marines?
