Stop treating your pelvic floor problem like a weakness problem — especially if you actually want to train harder without leakage stopping you.
Most women assume pelvic floor dysfunction means a weak pelvic floor. But the reality? You can have a strong pelvic floor and still deal with:
* Bladder leakage
* Bladder urgency
* Painful orga$ms
* Constipation
* Painful s3x
* Pelvic pain
If you’ve tried kegels and still struggle with any of these — you’re not alone, and you’re not broken.

Kegels have their place. But if they haven’t worked for you, it’s because weakness isn’t actually your problem.

The missing piece for most of the women I work with? The nervous system. Specifically — how your body responds to stress, and how that response shapes the way your pelvic floor behaves during the demands of your sport.

When we stop chasing muscle strength and start looking at what your nervous system is doing underneath it all, that’s where things actually start to shift.

If you’re avoiding jumping, single-unders, or double-unders and you are ready to trust your body again, as a pelvic floor PT to sporty pelvises— here’s how I can help you👇🏿

Many of the women I help have these things in common,
➡️They feel distracted by leakage in group workouts,
➡️They’re nervous they’ll leak during a session with their trainer,
➡️or worried by pressure in their pelvis—especially when jumping on the trampoline with their kids.
If that’s you, you aren’t alone.

And if you’re thinking, “Do I have to deal with this forever?” because you grew up hearing from women in your family “leakage is
something we just deal with”, my answer is no.

Leakage isn’t something you have to accept “as a woman.”
Here is the thing, It’s not a verdict—it’s a signal.

The presence of pelvic floor problems does not mean you are broken—it’s your body giving you information.

🥳And the great news is this means there’s room to build, and your body can learn to handle more.

Here’s what most women were never taught: sport exposes the vulnerable edges of your capacity.

Getting to the root of why you are leaking is the key element of the work I do with active women as we collaborate so that they gain a deeper understanding of their body signals and build capacity for sport and every day life!

This matters because when you’re avoiding high impact at the gym, holding back expressing your strength when playing your kids, or dreading a workout you used to love, it doesn’t just affect your training—
💔all of this pulls you out of your body and out of the life you want to be living because what should feel joyful starts to feel like anxiety.

That’s what I help women change.

When you understand the role your pelvic floor plays in sport performance, everything shifts.

We rebuild that connection so jumping, lifting, and moving feels like freedom again—not something you have to dread.

Unpopular opinion: healthcare workers are not your punching bag.

Most people who find their way to Radiance PT are looking for a true partnership in their care—and that’s exactly the environment I’ve built. But let me be honest with you: I take safety seriously. Mine, and my team’s.

Six years ago when I worked in the hospital system, I fired a patient. He made inappropriate comments and became verbally aggressive during a session, and I ended the relationship.

Not because I didn’t care about his healing—but because I believe I deserve to feel safe at work, even when leadership doesn’t agree.

Now in private practice, I have even more power to protect that standard. If you’re hurting, I want to help. But disrespect or aggression toward anyone here won’t be tolerated—full stop.

The right fit matters. And if you’re someone who values mutual respect as much as results, you’re exactly who I want in this space and I would be honor to support you on your healing journey.

Throwback to embodying the tenacious creature that God created me to be circa de March 2026🏋🏾‍♀️

Fierceness isn’t just in showing up on the platform👇🏿
It’s in knowing my worth far exceeds any label, accomplishments,
or number on the barbell and being able to live a beautifully messy life aligned with my values.

It shows up in standing up for how I believe I deserve to be treated — and never apologizing for it.

This matters because we live in a world that says women should be seen and not heard and that your value is determined by how young you look,
but the truth is— you are fierce and you were built for far more than other people’s expectations of you.

If you’re a mom who lives in black shorts because you’re afraid of leaking
➡️when you cough or sneeze
➡️chasing your kids at the park
➡️ or avoiding running with your friends
— here is how I know pelvic floor issues are holding you back from living life to the fullest and that you need my help.

Many moms say they’re fine, but they are silently:
* Avoiding workouts because of bladder leaks
* Watching their confidence quietly erode

If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone. I hear this every day from the women I work with.

The truth is that most women don’t even realize help is available because we live in a culture that has normalized pain, leaking, and prolapse as just “part of motherhood.”

And I want you to know that you don’t have to live with struggling with leakage or feeling like a stranger in your body as your truth.

Going from feeling frustrated and distracted by your body to feeling confident and present doesn’t happen by hiding.
It happens by learning to work with your changing body instead of settling for what you don’t want to when it comes to your health.

That’s exactly why I created my programs for moms like you — so you can go from dreading bladder leaks in public to wearing whatever you want, training as hard as you want, and keeping up with the beautiful chaos of family life.

FINE is a four letter word— You don’t have to keep saying it.

If you’re a mom who pulls away during intimate moments because you’re afraid of what your partner might think about the heaviness in your pelvis you have been noticing after birth — this is a sign that pelvic floor issues are holding you back from living life to the fullest.

Many moms say they’re fine, but they are silently:
➡️Hiding their bodies from their partners
➡️Avoiding workouts because of bladder leaks
➡️Watching their confidence quietly erode

If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone. I hear this every day from the women I work with.

The challenging thing is most women don’t even realize help is available because we live in a culture that has normalized pain, leaking, and prolapse as just “part of motherhood.”

And if you can relate to this at all, I want you to know - Living with feeling like you are a stranger in your own body postpartum doesn’t have to be your truth.

The great news is that is going from feeling frustrated and distracted by your postpartum body to feeling confident and present to enjoy life’s most intimate moments doesn’t happen by hiding.

It happens having a deeper understanding of what your body is trying to tell you and by learning to work with your changing body instead of ignoring it.

That’s exactly why I created my programs for moms like you — so you can go from dreading bladder leaks in public to wearing whatever you want, training as hard as you want, and keeping up with the beautiful chaos of family life

If you’re doing everything you think you’re supposed to — and yet you’re still exhausted, still feeling like your body isn’t responding, here is what you need to know👇🏿

Becoming a strong athlete postpartum is about so much more than just doing exercises.

Being intentional about the choices that drive better performance often looks completely different from what most women have been told leads to success.

If you have tried—
🤦🏾‍♀️Rushing your day, trying to optimize every 5 minutes
🤦🏾‍♀️Eating as an afterthought because there is no time to sit and chew
🤦🏾‍♀️ Pushing through a workout even when you are exhausted

You aren’t alone—And it’s not your fault, the pressure to bounce back is real and life gets busy.

Here is the thing, no one has told you that doing less can actually get you further.

If you’re afraid that the strong, capable version of you is gone for good — she’s not. She just needs the right strategy and that’s exactly what I’m here for.

For the women I help, the shift to becoming faster and stronger happens with intention inside AND outside of the gym which looks like—
✅ Slowing down your day
✅ Planning your meals
✅ Creating space to listen to what your body is telling you and prioritizing rest so that your body can repair from your workouts

Helping moms be deliberate about their recovery is a core part of how I work — so you can go from feeling scattered and inconsistent to building habits that actually stick, without constantly spinning your wheels trying to optimize your energy.

I’m running The Postpartum Pep Rally this week, A workshop where you’ll learn how to build habits to stop postpartum energy leaks so that you can train harder and recover better in the midst of everything on your plate.
