Karmen brings a background in healthcare management and a genuine passion for serving others, building relationships, and creating positive experiences for the people she works with.

At Sunny Skies, Karmen will lead our client intake, family support, scheduling, and community outreach efforts, helping ensure that families feel welcomed, supported, and connected from their first interaction with our team and throughout their journey with us.

Her relationship-focused approach and commitment to both personal and professional growth make her a wonderful addition to our team. We’re excited to see the connections she builds and the impact she’ll have on the families and communities we serve.
