12:30 - 90 Min Forest Stroll to Spot

2:45 - Sound Bath
3:30 - Walk Back to Cars
4:00 - Drive Back to SSA
4:30 - Arrival to SSA

Please bring or wear comfortable walking shoes, a blanket or towel to lay on for the sound bath and water for your hike. ✨

Looking for a day to unwind? This is it…

We got you! For our mini retreats, you really only need to bring a bathing suit if you want to use the swim spa or sauna. We provide everything else! You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat or blankets, etc., but no need to if you don’t want to drag your things around. 😊

Our yoga flow is super gentle and beginner friendly and of course optional. Your time in our space is exactly that. It’s your time out for you. If you prefer to sit on the back patio and watch the goats while the others practice yoga, then do that. It’s your day. We provide the opportunities, you choose what feels good for you. 🙏🏼

Our sound bath is also an opportunity to experience what all the hype is about. We have received so many beautiful compliments and are grateful for your appreciation and support to be able to continue offering these experiences. ✨

Our swim spa is large enough to comfortably seat several adults. Our sauna is designed for 5 adults to use at once. Our sweet goats are friendly. The rock painting station is so fun!

But the food! While so simple, it’s also a nourishing selection of fruits and veggies and yes, there’s bacon… Something for everyone whether you’re gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, or all of the above. We got you! ❤️
