Caught this view in Eagle this morning.
It also gave me a minute to think about what I really want Eagle Freedom Health to provide.
Women rarely come to me with one simple problem. Weight has changed. Energy is unpredictable. Sleep is off. They may have symptoms they don’t understand, lab results without a clear plan, or conflicting advice about hormones, supplements, low-carb nutrition and GLP-1 medications.
They don’t need another person telling them to try harder.
They need someone who can slow the situation down, look at the whole picture and help determine what deserves attention next.
That is where my experience as a nurse and holistic health practitioner matters.
I help women organize what is happening, prepare for more productive medical conversations, build an individualized low-carb and lifestyle plan, and follow through with practical support. Labs and GLP-1 support can be part of that process when appropriate, but neither is required.
Eagle Freedom Health isn’t simply about losing weight. It’s about helping women make informed decisions about their health and giving them a plan they can actually use.
