There’s something beautiful and heartbreaking about watching our little ones grow at the same time. One day they need to be carried, and before we know it, they’re running ahead, discovering the world on their own.

A gentle reminder to soak in the ordinary moments—the bedtime stories, sticky fingers, endless questions, and spontaneous hugs. These are the days we’ll wish we could revisit.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, partners, and father figures in our community.

Thank you for the bedtime stories, early mornings, silly dances, snack runs, shoulder rides, and all the quiet ways you show up each day. Your love, support, and presence help families thrive.

Today we celebrate you and all that you do.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Mothers Haven. 💙

Me in May: We’re going to spend every day outside making magical summer memories.

Me in June: If one more person splashes me, we’re all going inside.

Motherhood can feel lonely, even when we’re surrounded by little people all day.

One of the biggest things we hear from moms is that they’re nervous to come because they won’t know anyone. The truth? Most moms are showing up for the exact same reason: they’re looking for connection.

Our Mom Walks aren’t about pace, fitness levels, or having it all together. They’re about getting outside, meeting other moms, and finding community in a season that can often feel isolating.

Come as you are. Bring the stroller, the snacks, the toddler who stops every five feet, or the baby who needs to be held the whole walk.

We’d love to walk with you.

Summer means more time outside, more adventures, and sometimes a little heat rash too.

☀️Heat rash is incredibly common in babies, especially during hot and humid days. While those tiny red bumps can look alarming, they’re often a sign that your baby’s skin is having a hard time staying cool.

☀️A few simple adjustments like lightweight clothing, cool environments, and keeping skin dry can usually help little ones feel more comfortable.

☀️And as always, trust your instincts. If something doesn’t seem right, or your baby develops a fever or worsening symptoms, don’t hesitate to reach out to your pediatrician.

✨Save this post for the next heat wave and share it with a mama who may need it.

Monday reminder: Zoom in.

Not on everything that still needs to get done.

Zoom in on what you’re doing well.

The meals you’ve made.
The comfort you’ve given.
The boundaries you’ve set.
The countless things no one else sees.

You’re probably doing more than you give yourself credit for.
