Fridays at the FYC!
This week we talked about mindfulness and what it means to be in the present moment. We began our practice using our five senses, mindfully noticing what we see and hear on the outside as well as what we feel on the inside. And we got to taste and smell some tasty treats the kids loved!

We moved slow and mindfully through our practice, passed the block in our plough pose (lots of giggles) and one of their favorites was carrying a cup of water mindfully across our circle to one another with eyes open then closed using their breath to guide them!

When you are present in your body and mind you gain balance and confidence!
