If you’ve been following me for awhile you know this gym is my home from before pregnancy to this hard postpartum journey! Summer is almost here and it’s time to LOCK IN!! I feel like I’ve yo-yoed softly with different workout plans and mostly nutrition a lot in the last 6 months. No easy pill. Its sweat & soreness 😝

Save this and try it your next day at the gym. This is a full body workout in 30 mins. Do each exercise 10x reps for 3-4 sets! Make sure to pick that challenging weight. ☺️
