Sometimes the question we ask isn’t the question we’re really trying to answer.
“Why do I keep overthinking?” might be asking, “Can I trust myself?”

“Why do I care so much what people think?” might be asking, “Will I still be accepted if I disappoint someone?”

Therapy creates space to explore what’s underneath the surface, without judgment, pressure, or having to figure it all out alone.
