Spending time in nature does more than just help us feel good — it physically supports our nervous system by helping lower stress, and restore mental energy.🌿
One of my favorite places to go when I’m feeling overwhelmed or needing a reset is Big Falls. There is something about being surrounded by the trees, hearing the river flow, and letting nature remind me to slow down. It feels like the water carries some of the weight away.
