But seriously — dry needling is coming to First Generation PT! 🪡

Dry needling is a treatment technique used by physical therapists to target muscular trigger points and areas of tension to help decrease pain, improve mobility, and restore normal muscle function.

It can be a great addition to your individualized treatment plan — especially when tight or overactive muscles are contributing to pain and limited movement.

I am spending this weekend completing a dry needling course, and am excited to start offering it to my clients! 🎉
