Hosted by RoundGlass Global Head of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Prakriti Saxena Poddar and an incredible panel of mental health experts, we will explore conversations ranging from a broad overview about mental health to identifying the ways anyone can find opportunities to evolve during these very challenging times.

Prakriti will be joined by Harvard Department of Global Health Professor Vikram Patel, President of Barnard College at Columbia University Sian Leah Beilock, Executive Mental Health Advisor Martin Enault, Co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D., Sharon Coyle Saeed, LMSW, Health Coach, Grief & Trauma Specialist, and Psychiatrist, Neuroscientist, Mental Health Advocate Dr. Raghu Kiran Appasani with The Minds Foundation.

Our hope is that conversations like these can serve as resources for education, help to cultivate awareness around important topics, and provide actionable tools to support people.

If anyone has hurt me or harmed me knowingly
or unknowingly, in thought, word, or deed,
I freely forgive them.
And I too ask forgiveness if I hurt or
harmed anyone knowingly or unknowingly, in
thought, word or deed.

May I be happy.
May I be peaceful.
May I be free.
May my friends be happy.
May my friends be peaceful.
May my friends be free.
May my enemies be happy.
May my enemies be peaceful.
May my enemies be free.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be peaceful.
May all beings be free.

can one break the cycle? the cycle of addiction? of abuse? of poverty? of incarceration? of anger? when these self sabotaging thoughts/behaviors/feelings may be so deeply rooted in our sub conscious? in our family? in our mindset? our belief system? how many times do we hear or say, i will never be like my mother or my father and you stop one day and realize you ARE? how do you break this pattern? can it be broken? first step is to recognize there is a pattern. how does one break it, if not
for your own self but breaking it for future generations? it takes courage and strength and LOVE!

LOVE IS THE NEW WEAPON!
